The DCI Express is a free tool for quickly evaluating five non-spiritual, yet foundational areas in the life of your church. The Express tool assists you in assessing the health or condition of your church's:
- Mission: The reason your church exists
- Vision: Your church's predominant focus for the next 3-5 years
- Unique Advantage: How your church is different from other churches in your area
- Congregant Profile: How well you have identified the needs/desires of those who visit or attend
- Core Competency: The unique and valuable skills and abilities of those in leadership

The five areas covered in the DCI Express are part of a broader group of 41 areas reviewed in our comprehensive Dynamic Church Inventory (DCI) assessment tool. This tool assists leaders in evaluating a wide range of church life issues based on 189 "best practice" statements.
